Delivery-Conditions
The delivery of the goods will be effected without exception only after receipt of the payment.
This is thus complied, when the total amount came into our PayPal-account or by transfer in advance to our bank-account.
The Shipment will be carried out with GLS to a maximum of € 550,--.
The shipment to abroad countries will either be handled by GLS, post mail or by Hermes as a recommended and insured parcel. The particular rates can be found in the applicable country-schedules.
--> Austria: The shipping to addresses in Austria is Euro 4,20. Orders more than Euro 48,- value will be shipped to Austria for free.
--> Germany: The shipping to addresses in Germany is Euro 7,90. Orders more than Euro 48,- value will be shipped to Germany for free.
--> Czech Republic, Benelux, Slovakia, Slovenja, Hungary, Poland, Denmark:The shipping-costs to adresses in these countries are Euro 8,90. Orders more than Euro 90,- value will be shipped for free
--> EU: The shipping-costs to countries within the EU (excluded the countries listed before) are Euro 12,-. Orders more than Euro 90,- value will be shipped to the EU for free.
--> Switzerland: The shipping to addresses in Switzerland is Euro 16,-
--> USA and Asia: The shipping to addresses in the USA or Asia is Euro 23,-.
In the case that in the course of forwarding, Export-or Import-Taxes should fall due, those will be to the charge of the buyer.
The prices of the offered deliveries and performed works are not including costs, charged by third parties.
The delivery is effected to the address, specified by the customer.
All the charges resulting due to incorrect, incomplete or unclear specification by the customer have to be paid by the concerned customer.
Right of withdrawal and terms of reconsignment
Being a private buying person you have the right of withdrawal within one month, starting with the day after receipt of the goods.
For this purpose you have to assert your withdrawal within the above mentioned period in written form in terms of letter, Fax or E-Mail and you have to send back the goods at your own expense instantly after your recall.

The goods have to be in complete, proper and unworn condition. By fulfilling these conditions, the settled goods-value will be immediately refund to the customer.
Only in the case of happing, that defective products have been sent or if it happens, that goods have been incorrectly delivered, the customer will get recompensed the postage. However will you please kindly contact us before return of goods and only send them back, if we cannot propose to you a replacement for the incorrect or defective product. If so, the customer has to send us the posting-confirmation about the paid mail-expenses.
Immediately after receipt of the returned goods and the posting-confirmation the complete amount will be reimbursed.
